RESETTERS Privacy Policy

RESETTERS is operated by Soul Navigators LLC ("Soul Navigators," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the RESETTERS program, how we use it, and who can see it. Questions? Email contact@deanaspeaks.com.

What we collect

  • Your name and email address, when you create an account.
  • Your Google account basic profile (name and email), if you choose to sign in with Google. We do not receive your Google password.
  • Your organization code, which connects your account to the organization that enrolled you.
  • Your module progress, such as which lessons and modules you have completed.
  • Your journal entries, written inside the program.
  • Your certificates of completion.

How we use it

  • To deliver the RESETTERS program to you.
  • To save your progress so you can pick up where you left off.
  • To issue your certificates of completion.
  • To provide your organization with progress reports.

Your journal is private

Your journal entries are private to you. Your organization never sees the text of your journal. Organizations see only how many entries you have written, and safety alerts.

Safety scanning: Journal entries are automatically scanned for safety keywords. If the scan detects language suggesting you may be in danger, your organization is alerted so staff can check on you. The alert does not include your journal text.

This scanning is automated and can miss things. It is not monitoring and not an emergency service. If you are in danger, call 911, or reach the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233.

Who can see what

  • You see everything in your account, including your full journal.
  • Your organization sees your first name, email, progress, certificate status, and safety alerts. It does not see your journal text.
  • Soul Navigators sees aggregate program statistics, meaning totals and trends across the program, to understand how RESETTERS is working.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Where your data is stored

  • Supabase stores the program database and handles sign-in.
  • Stripe processes payments for organization licenses. We do not store card numbers.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your account and information at any time. Email contact@deanaspeaks.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Delete my RESETTERS data."

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
