RESETTERS Terms of Service

These terms apply to the RESETTERS program, operated by Soul Navigators LLC ("Soul Navigators," "we," "us"). By using RESETTERS, you agree to them. Questions? Email contact@deanaspeaks.com.

An educational program

RESETTERS is an educational program. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical care. It is not legal advice. It is not an emergency service. Using RESETTERS does not create a therapist, attorney, or other professional relationship.

Organization licenses

• Organization licenses are $199 per year.
• Licenses renew automatically each year through Stripe until canceled. To cancel, email contact@deanaspeaks.com before your renewal date.
• Scholarship licenses are granted at Soul Navigators' discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your login or let someone else use your account.
• Access, or try to access, another person's account, journal, or data.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other participants or staff.
• Copy, resell, or redistribute RESETTERS content.
• Interfere with the program, its security, or its systems.
• Use RESETTERS for anything illegal.

Suspension

Soul Navigators may suspend or close accounts, including organization accounts, that misuse the program or violate these terms.

Ownership

All RESETTERS content, including modules, lessons, workbooks, tools, and materials, is owned by Soul Navigators LLC. You may use it for your own participation, or, for organizations, with the participants you serve under your license.

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
